How do I access the wholesale site?

Just login to your account at lawnfawn.com to access the wholesale version of our website. (To confirm you are seeing the wholesale version, look for the teal "WHOLESALE" stamp on the Lawn Fawn logo at the top of the page.)

The items in my cart have retail prices. How do I get the wholesale prices?

You must be logged into your account before shopping at lawnfawn.com to get the wholesale prices. If you mistakenly added retail items to your cart before logging in, you must delete those items from your cart and re-add them from the wholesale shop.

Why was I charged upon checkout? I thought you don't charge until items ship!

Please select the "WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS ONLY" option in the payment options in checkout to ensure you are not charged until your item ships. If you were mistakenly charged, please contact us.

Why does it say "free shipping over $85" when I checkout? Will I get free shipping?

Only retail orders are eligible for free shipping over $85. For wholesale orders, we will calculate the lowest shipping price for you.

Why am I missing orders from my order history?

You will be able to view order history for orders placed on the new site. You currently can't view order history for orders placed on the old site. (We hope to add this in the future!)

What is your minimum order?

Both our minimum opening order and minimum re-order cost is $100.00 USD.

What is your minimum quantity order for each product?
  • Clear stamp sets have no minimum quantity order.
  • Lawn Cuts dies have no minimum quantity order.
  • Stencils have no minimum quantity order.
  • Lawn Trimmings cord is available in units of three.
  • Petite Paper Packs, Collection Packs, and Cardstock are available in units of three.
  • 12x12 paper is available in units of 12.
  • Templates are available in units of three.
  • Ink pads, Ink Cube Pack, and Re-inkers are available in units of three.
  • Gifts have no minimum quantity order.
What are your payment methods?

We accept credit cards and PayPal. You will be charged when your order ships. Please select the WHOLE CUSTOMERS ONLY option when checking out.

What is your return policy?

All return requests must be submitted to wholesale@lawnfawn.com within 15 days from the date of delivery. Returns will be shipped at the store owner's expense. There will be a 20% restocking fee. All products must be unused and unopened and returned in their original condition. We cannot accept products with pricing stickers on them. The refund will be issued after all of these conditions are met. 

How long does it take back-ordered items to ship?

Products that are not currently in stock will typically ship 2-3 weeks from when you place your order. We will not charge your credit card until your order has shipped. We can also split your order if you would like some of your products right away. Please email us at wholesale@lawnfawn.com if this is the case.

Where can I find your product catalog?

You can download a PDF of our latest catalog on our downloads page. You may also view our catalog online.

Will you provide me with your logo or product images for display on my site?

Please check our downloads page to find files available for marketing use.

Can I sell on Facebook/Etsy/Ebay?

Lawn Fawn is not accepting new applications for customers that sell on Amazon, Ebay, or Etsy.
