Online Tracking & Cookies
Do-Not-Track is a privacy preference web browsers allow users to set. There is not currently a technology that uniformly recognizes and implements Do-Not-Track (DNT) signals. At this time, Lawn Fawn does not respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If you set the DNT signal on your browser, our site will not respond to DNT browser signals and will not alter our data collection and usage practices. 

If an online tracking technology standard is established in the future and our DNT practice changes, you will be informed in a revised Privacy Policy.

Lawn Fawn and our service providers may use standard technologies, such as cookies, pixel tags, scripts, and web beacons, to automatically collect information about your device and browser, technical data, and your internet activities across websites. 

Lawn Fawn also utilizes Google Analytics and the Demographics and Interests reporting feature of Google Analytics Advertising Features to optimize our services to you. Google Analytics uses cookies and advertising cookies. Information collected from Google Analytics is anonymized. 

You can opt out of Google Analytics by changing your Ad Settings, installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On (available here), or disabling, restricting, or declining cookies when visiting sites.

Requests to receive fewer or stop receiving correspondence, emails, or other communications from third parties must be made to the third party directly.

Deletion Request Rights

You have the right to request that Lawn Fawn delete any of your personal information that we collect from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. 

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits users who are California residents to request information about certain personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes during the prior year.  Please be aware that only information covered by the “Shine The Light” requirements will be included in our response. 

Subject to California Business and Professions Code Section 22581, California residents under age 18 who are registered users of Lawn Fawn sites, services, or applications may request and obtain removal of content or information they have publicly posted. Requests should include a detailed description of the specific content or information to be removed.  Please be aware that the law may not permit or require removal in certain circumstances and that your request does not guarantee complete or comprehensive removal of content or information posted online.

Nevada Privacy Rights
Nevada Senate Bill 220 permits users who are Nevada residents to opt out of the sale of their personal data. 

Lawn Fawn does not sell, rent, or trade personal data - and we don’t plan to do so in the future. Nevada customers can still opt out of the sale of their personal information, even if their information isn’t currently being sold.

Changes to Lawn Fawn Privacy Policy
From time to time, based on changes to applicable laws and regulations or other requirements applicable to us, changes in technology, or changes to our business, we may make changes to this Privacy Policy.
